Our team enjoys an engaging workspace and benefits, including a staff discount on retail products and access to our state-of-the-art POS booking system. We also have a Kava Cafe opening soon in the basement of our building which will provide more items/drinks for staff discounts and a nice area to hang out for breaks.
**Key Responsibilities for Esthetician Position:** - Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments, tailored to client needs. - Consult with clients to understand their skincare concerns and recommend suitable treatments and products. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. - Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in skincare and esthetics. - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for every client.
**Key responsibilities for a Massage Therapist Position include:** -Assessing client needs through consultations, -Performing various massage techniques to manipulate soft tissues, -Maintaining professional standards by keeping client records and a clean workspace. -Providing post-massage guidance. -Responsible for promoting client well-being and staying updated on industry trends and CEUs
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Valid Massage Therapy/Bodyworker or Esthetician License. - Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Previous experience in a spa or beauty environment is preferred. - Ayurvedic knowledge and services are a plus.
