Recruit, train, and mentor a caring team that embodies compassion and respect. Support residents living with dementia:

Use your experience to guide staff in delivering person-centered, high-quality care. Collaborate and connect:

Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and care partners. Promote safety and quality:

Oversee care plans, safety standards, and compliance documentation. Enhance daily life:

Support engaging programs and activities that encourage joy and connection. Drive performance:

Manage scheduling, budgeting, and operational tasks that keep the neighborhood running smoothly. Participate in the on-call rotation : Every other week (includes a weekly on-call bonus). What We’re Looking For Management experience is required —someone who has successfully led a team in senior living, healthcare, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with dementia

is essential. LPN licensure is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to inspire and develop others while ensuring high standards of care. A warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for helping seniors. Flexibility to assist with various duties and work a range of shifts as needed. Compensation:

Up to
