You’ll join a five-doctor team with expertise spanning internal medicine, dermatology, surgery, and advanced dentistry. Supported by highly skilled technicians and the latest technology, including digital imaging, a full in-house laboratory, and LiteCure therapeutic laser - you’ll have everything needed to provide gold-standard care.
As the
Medical Lead Veterinarian , you’ll take on a hands-on leadership role, balancing patient care with mentoring associate DVMs and driving clinical standards. You’ll have a flexible 4-day (10-hour) schedule, ensuring work-life balance without compromising your impact. About you: DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Alabama Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; leadership or mentoring experience preferred Proficient in surgery and confident in case management across general practice areas Passionate about teamwork, communication, and maintaining high clinical standards
