Job Title: Warehouse Personnel
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Personnel to join our team in Itasca. This role is essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in inventory management and general labor tasks.
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Ability to handle material and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Experience in picking, loading, and unloading shipments.
Strong inventory control and cycle count capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
