As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded *In-House Commercial Real Estate Attorney* to join our team and help lead legal efforts across our development and property management operations. *Position Summary:* The In-House Commercial Real Estate Attorney will serve as the primary legal resource for the company, providing strategic legal counsel and transactional support across a broad range of real estate matters. This includes commercial acquisitions, leasing, zoning/entitlements, and ongoing property management. *Key Responsibilities:* * Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and construction contracts. * Provide legal support for ground-up development projects from land acquisition through entitlement, financing, construction, and leasing. * Advise on risk mitigation, contract structure, legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities related to development and property management activities. * Oversee legal aspects of property operations including lease enforcement, tenant disputes, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance. * Manage legal due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions including title, survey, environmental, and zoning.. * Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, land use, environmental, or specialized matters as needed. *Qualifications:* * J.D. degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Florida. * 3+ years of experience practicing commercial real estate law, ideally with both law firm and in-house experience. * Deep knowledge of commercial real estate. * Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. *Compensation & Benefits:* * Salary is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
