Service Appointment and Rental Coordinator

Classic CDJR Pineville is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and friendly experience. We're looking for an organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Appointment and Rental Coordinator.
Position Overview:
This role is the first point of contact for our customers-both in person and on the phone. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist with vehicle rentals, and provide general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Schedule service and maintenance appointments using our dealership software
-Coordinate vehicle rentals and loaner car program, ensuring proper documentation
-Greet customers and assist with general inquiries
-Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scanning and handling emails, text messages, etc.
-Support the service and sales departments as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (automotive experience a plus)
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems
-Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
