We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for our diverse clientele. This individual will lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements while providing strategic guidance to clients.
Responsibilities: Tax Compliance Tax Planning and Consulting Client Management: Team Leadership: Quality Assurance:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, preferably in a public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Proven track record of providing strategic tax planning advice and managing client relationships. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
