Job Title Recruiter Location Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 98108) Salary $50,000 - $90,000 annually Responsibilities Full life‑cycle recruiting: partnering with hiring managers, carrying requisitions from start to finish, sourcing prospects, and supporting candidates through the hiring process to offer acceptance. Source and recruit for a variety of roles such as Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Required Experience 3+ years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment. Strong experience working with Boolean search strings. Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards. Experience working with an internal ATS. Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills, self‑starter attitude, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience recruiting in a professional environment where you communicated with internal and external executives. Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple executive‑level stakeholders.
