Base Pay Range $68,949.00/yr - $71,959.00/yr Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our night shift manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient production of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production team activities. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve production goals. Develop and implement production schedules and procedures. Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes. Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel. Maximize plant productivity and quality while minimizing downtime. Document production results including downtime, input pounds, output pounds, and waste. Develop and implement improvements to safety, productivity, product quality, operating costs, and waste reduction. Perform employee evaluations and recommend disciplinary actions to HR and the production manager. Report and document all necessary maintenance and repair items, process improvements, quality control concerns, and production supply levels (e.g., boxes, skids, liners, chemicals). Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as required by the company and/or management. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields. Knowledge of production tools and equipment. Strong leadership qualities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and hands‑on problem solving. 5+ years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Proficiency in operating forklifts and other industrial equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery.
