We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a dynamic outpatient clinic in Fairbanks, AK . In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders. This position offers a supportive environment , flexible scheduling , and opportunities for professional growth . Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals. Collaborate with patients and families to support therapy outcomes. Accurately document assessments, progress notes, and treatment results. Adjust therapy plans based on patient progress. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and maintain a positive team culture. Qualifications For SLPA Applicants: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field Valid SLPA certification and eligibility for Alaska State Licensure Schedule Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call Flexible scheduling available Benefits Include:
