Schedule: Hybrid Monday - Friday
Shift: 8:00am -5:00pm (3 days from Office 2 days from home)
Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a qualified Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Our customers are the reason we exist, and we are looking for someone who can make each one feel as if they are the key to our success. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, very organized, that gets things done and has exceptional oral and written communication skills. You should be a 'people person' with a positive personality and always strive to provide a positive experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
Manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries through all contact channels. Responds promptly to customer inquiries and finds creative solutions to help them in a timely manner. Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation. Processes customer returns, repairs, and warranty items promptly and according to company policies and procedures. Approves and processes online orders/changes. Maintains accurate returns and sales order records using our NetSuite ERP. Suggest process and content improvements. Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support. Qualifications
An understanding of the game of pool is a plus that helps to connect with our fans. One to two years of customer service experience. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient on Microsoft Office Programs, support ticketing and LiveChat systems such as Zendesk. Strong organizational skills. Able to manage priorities and workflow. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
