We specialize in high-quality, customized fabrication and construction solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Construction Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the construction sector Drive throughout the Houston area to pursue leads and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company services and enhance brand visibility Prepare and submit accurate, competitive bids for commercial and industrial construction projects Lead client negotiations and close profitable agreements Represent Delta Fabricators at job sites, industry events, conferences, and networking functions Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and capabilities to effectively communicate value Track leads, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management What You Bring
Proven experience in construction sales, business development, or a related field Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, bidding procedures, and project management processes Estimating experience preferred Bachelor's degree Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with bidding processes and contract negotiations Familiarity with the Houston construction market and an established network of industry contacts (preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards What We Offer
