Job Summary
The Shipping Clerk handles the shipping cycle of all products and packages that leave the warehouse. Responsible for managing all aspects of the West Coast COE's outgoing shipments, including scheduling, logistics, and paperwork. Assists with incoming shipments, maintains inventory records, and ensures accurate shipping procedures are followed.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to: Warehouse Manager Non-supervisory position Primary Job Responsibilities
Supports Operations and Service Managers with daily administrative tasks. Prepares the shipment of all orders, RMAs, and other goods. Collaborates and communicates with management, sales team, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in shipment of products. Tracks, traces, updates, and reports on the status of outgoing shipments. Trains new shipping team members and cross-trains current employees on shipping processes and procedures. Orders all shipping, receiving, and QC materials. Creates and disseminates return labels for customers and sales team as needed. Stays current with international shipping rules and regulations. Assist with the receipt and picking/restocking of parts, equipment, and other materials. Ensures all outbound shipments are processed on time-meeting all deadlines. Makes appropriate corrections to RMAs, receipts, transfers, and shipments when needed, according to established procedures. Enforces compliance with Warehouse SOPs and maintain a safe working environment. Maintains presentation and organization of the warehouse in accordance with safety standards and customer-ready conditions. Utilizes NetSuite (NS), IntelliTrack, and other related systems to maintain accurate shipping records. Help plan and execute regular cycle counts and full physical inventory for DPT and customer-owned stock. Requirements

Environment and Normal Working Conditions
Warehouse environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
