Corporate Receptionist
for a respected healthcare organization in Lubbock, Texas. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the professional, polished, and welcoming first impression of the company. The right candidate will be
warm, articulate, and confident , able to balance friendliness with professionalism. This person must demonstrate
sound judgment
in handling demanding or upset visitors and show
tact and discretion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth. Answer and route calls, take accurate messages, and ensure clear communication across departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Manage scheduling for appointments and conference rooms. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Process HR-related invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative duties. Support HR with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation. Enforce privacy and security protocols-no unscheduled walk-ins to executive offices. Exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist clients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges with patience and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business, Office Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience as a
Receptionist ,
Administrative Assistant , or
Front Desk Coordinator . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; polished and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
required. Prior experience in a
healthcare, or setting in which confidentiality has been key
is preferred. Dependable, punctual, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Valid Texas driver's license and ability to pass required background screenings.
