About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Assembler III
to join our production team. In this role, you will build both standard and custom mechanical/electrical equipment used worldwide. This position requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Assemblers at this level help drive our reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematics, and part drawings Assemble mechanical and electrical systems to meet specifications Test, troubleshoot, and verify assemblies for quality and performance Identify and report non-conformances or issues to the team leader Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Lead or support complex/custom builds Assist in improving work instructions and procedures as needed What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance assembly roles Strong ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams Skilled with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment Experience leading or coordinating work on multi-component assemblies Proficiency in documentation and basic computer applications (ERP & MS Office) High level of accuracy, ownership, and craftsmanship in your work Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver's license Ideal Candidate Traits:
