Travel CT Technologist
to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a travel CT Tech, you’ll have the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings across the country, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services using computed tomography (CT) equipment. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy exploring new places while advancing their careers.
Key Responsibilities Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients’ internal organs and tissues Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure comfort and safety Follow physician orders and protocols to capture accurate diagnostic images Administer contrast materials as needed and monitor for adverse reactions Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control protocols Travel to various healthcare facilities and adapt quickly to new environments and teams
Qualifications Education
: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field Certification
: ARRT (CT) certification required; BLS certification preferred Experience
: Minimum 2 year of recent CT Tech experience (travel experience a plus) Licensure
: Must hold valid state licensure(s) as required by assignment location Skills
: Proficiency with CT imaging equipment and PACS systems Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and adapt to new clinical settings
