Maintain and repair converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime Troubleshoot and repair A/C & D/C drives, programmable controllers, and their control systems Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance tasks while ensuring proper completion Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas Utilize maintenance software to track work and complete required paperwork Maximize equipment utilization to run at full capacity and speed Mentor other maintenance team members and share best practices Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
High school diploma or GED Class B maintenance qualifications Own tools necessary for maintenance tasks Prior experience in the corrugated industry is preferred Ability to read blueprints, factory masters, and measurements accurately Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of equipment operation Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
