Purpose
The FinanceManageroversees the financial planning andanalysisconsolidations processes and requirements across Operations. Provides guidance on Operations planning tools and systems, supports management analysis of actual vs. benchmark results, andserves as the primary FP&A partner to the Global Security team.The Finance Manager alsoleads key projects and initiatives to improve financial planning processes, interacts with all levels of finance and businessmanagementand provides required planning deliverables to meet Corporate FP&A requirements.
Responsibilities
Leads aspects of the Operations planning cycles including the monthly LBE and annual Plan and LRP. Submissions include the following: income statement, balance sheet, headcount, capital plans, and supplemental schedules.Leads the consolidation process for each planning cycle and builds key slides for executive presentations.
Ensure financial planning deliverables areaccurate, clear, and concise for executive level review and approval
Serveas the primary FP&A partner to theGlobal Securityteam, providing financial insights and decision support forSecurityinitiatives.
Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes for theGlobal Securityfunction.
Partners with the business to support the planning processesfortheGlobal Security and Office of the President P&Ls
Review and analyze financial performance, prepare variance explanations, andidentifyrisks and opportunities.
Supports key projects and initiatives (e.g., planning system standardization, managementreportingand optimization) and drives process improvements while supporting ad hoc analysis/requests asrequired.
Individual is expected to successfully perform all responsibilities with a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelors degreerequired.Bachelors degree in Financeor Accountingpreferred.
Minimum6years of progressive and related experience.
Strong financial, analytical, andproblem solvingskills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, customer demands and deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability and desire to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with others throughout the business and finance organizations.
Strong communicationskills (verbal and written), with all levels of management and including the ability to listen well and to influence others that do not report directly.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in business applications includingBPC,Workiva,Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ableto work well independently and in a team environment witha strong senseof urgency.
