Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, a strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with the possibility of being fully remote for highly qualified candidates.
Compensation Package
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000 annually 401(k) : Yes Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty through excellent service and professional communication. Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing. Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures. Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy. Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries. Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Epic software preferred but not required. Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
