Physical Therapist
for an exciting Travel or Local job in
Pittsfield, MA.
Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized therapy plans Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care setting required
