Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our women's pavilion team. The RN will provide compassionate care and support to women and their newborns during their hospital stay, delivering quality healthcare services while adhering to the established standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor fetal heart rates and assess the condition of both mother and baby during labor. Assist in vaginal deliveries and provide care during Caesarean sections. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Provide education and support to patients and families before, during, and after delivery. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
2+ years of hospital or specialty experience. Current active Texas RN license (temp licenses will not be accepted). Fetal monitoring certification (Intermediate and Advanced levels). ACLS and BLS certifications. NRP certification. Why ARMStaffing?
