Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop personalized therapy plans to help patients improve functional communication and overall quality of life while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide direct therapy sessions and adjust interventions as needed to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on communication techniques and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate patient care. Promote patient safety, comfort, and engagement during all therapy sessions. Qualifications:
Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist. Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in speech and language therapy preferred. Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
