is seeking an Assembler/Welder who will be responsible for assembling components and performing welding tasks to produce high-quality products to meet the company's specifications. The role combines mechanical assembly with welding and fabrication, requiring attention to detail, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other job-related duties may be assigned in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Perform welding operations to join and fabricate metal parts. Set up, operate, and maintain tools, welding equipment, and fixtures. Prepare materials for assembly and welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning as needed. Report defective parts, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Safely perform duties, always wearing required PPE. Observes and complies with all provisions of the ISO 9001 QMS Safe operation of all lifting devices, such as overhead & jib cranes and forklift trucks, when authorized & properly trained. Education and/or Experience
Vocational/technical training is preferred, or a high school diploma or general education degree with work experience in an industrial setting is also desired. Benefits :
