Warehouse Specialist
Reports to Director of Warehouse Operations
About Your Role As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll be a key member of our Orlando logistics hub. You will handle receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, loading, and shipping, ensuring materials flow efficiently to support both warehouse and field operations. You will be working with the storage, maintenance, preparation, and deployment of all equipment and materials, including tent frames, vinyl, staging, trussing, and other structural components. Your leadership will ensure that all inventory is properly maintained, organized, and efficiently deployed for events. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. While primarily based in our Orlando warehouse, you may occasionally be required to participate in operations at event sites across Florida and beyond.
What's a Typical Day Look Like? Your day begins around 7:00 AM in our Orlando warehouse, where you'll review the day's schedule and the tasks assigned to you for the day. You'll then pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or field deployment. Throughout the day, you'll support cycle counts, maintain warehouse organization, and help coordinate shipments.
What You'll Do Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive & Inspect Goods: Unload trucks, verify received items against documentation, and report any damages or discrepancies Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, maintain stock accuracy in WMS, and support periodic audit Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage orders accurately and efficiently Shipping & Receiving: Load outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, and ensure items are secured for transit Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; perform routine maintenance checks Warehouse Upkeep: Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols Quality & Safety: Inspect materials for damage, report safety or maintenance issues, and follow established procedures What We're Looking For You are an individual who is committed to excellence and possesses the following qualities:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse role; experience in the event rental industry is a plus. Equipment Operation: Forklift and material handling equipment certified or trainable Problem-Solving Skills: Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and time-management Communication: Bilingual is a plus but not required for this position. Physical: Must be able to work long hours on your feet, standing or walking, and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
