Must Have Technical Skills: Installation, removal and maintenance of servers, cabling and networking equipment Experience with fiber optic technologies and structured cabling to include testing and remediation Ability to logically diagnose hardware faulty hardware components and layer one connectivity issues Knowledge of data center rack power and connectivity requirements Knowledge of day-to-day operational support of enterprise data center Strong communication and analytical skills • Aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new technology Be able to lift and move approximately 50 lbs. Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Use of ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow • Familiarity with data center infrastructure management tools (DCIM, CMDB)
