Lead and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care that promotes safety and dignity. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a 112 bed skilled nursing facility. Guide clinical practice and professional development across five core areas: clinical care, teaching, research, leadership, and growth. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and a positive patient experience.
