About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP of Human Resources to be a strategic partner in shaping and executing a forward-looking people strategy. The successful candidate will lead a global HR organization, ensuring it operates as a best-in-class center of excellence. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, leading the design and execution of HR strategy aligned with business objectives, and shaping company culture to drive performance and engagement. The role also encompasses talent and organizational effectiveness, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and driving operational excellence across HR processes.
Candidates for the SVP of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred. Professional certifications are valued but not essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on private equity-backed or investor-owned companies.
