Job Summary:
We are seeking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Janitor associate in city of Industry, CA.

Job Title: Janitor
Location: City of Industry, CA
Shift: 1st shift
Pay Rate: $17.29/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, must be open for overtime and weekends if required.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.

  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.

  • Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Trash and Waste Management:

  • Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.

  • Replace liners and properly dispose of waste materials.

  • General Building Maintenance:

  • Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces.

  • Wipe down walls, fixtures, and furniture.

  • Perform basic repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures).

  • Safety and Hygiene:

  • Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.

  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to guidelines and training.

  • Report any unsafe conditions, damage, or maintenance needs.

  • Restocking and Supplies:

  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies.

  • Notify supervisor when supplies are low or equipment needs repair.

  • Special Cleaning Projects:

  • Perform deep cleaning duties as scheduled (e.g., carpet cleaning, floor waxing).

  • Assist with event setup and post-event cleanup if required.
