Executive Assistant – Founder/CEO Support
We are a bootstrapped early‑stage startup building sales solutions. We’re looking for a resourceful, organized, and proactive individual to serve as the right hand to the Founder/CEO, managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, operational coordination, and project management to keep the company organized and moving forward. Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling and travel logistics
Prepare and organize meetings, agendas and action follow‑ups
Draft and manage correspondence (emails, memos, presentations)
Track key tasks, deadlines and deliverables for the Founder
Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Support vendor management, invoicing and basic bookkeeping
Maintain secure digital filing systems, databases and internal tools
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes for team members
Help manage small internal projects and operational initiatives
Conduct research and prepare briefings or summaries
Support marketing, fundraising and investor communications as needed
Serve as a trusted liaison between the Founder and the rest of the team
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Associate or similar (startup experience a plus)
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑changing, resource‑limited environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and project management software
Self‑starter with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
Compensation and Work Arrangement
As a bootstrapped startup, this role may start as part‑time or contract‑based with potential to grow into a full‑time leadership or Chief of Staff position as the company scales. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and startup stage.
