About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Recruiting to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that is in line with the company's aggressive business growth objectives. This includes partnering with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs, establishing employer brand positioning, and driving data-driven decision-making through recruiting analytics. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring operational excellence in the recruiting process. Applicants for the Head of Recruiting role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within high-growth technology companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling recruiting organizations and processes, deep expertise in recruiting for highly technical roles, and experience in executive leadership recruitment. Strong business acumen, excellent leadership and team development skills, and a Bachelor's degree are required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to partner with C-suite executives, a strong network in the technical community, and a background in modern recruiting tools and methodologies.
