Job Summary
The Assistant Recruiting and Operations Coordinator is responsible for support in all aspects of football recruiting and team operations.
Job‑Specific Responsibilities
Provides executive‑level administrative support to the Head Football coach, Football Operations Director, and 9 Assistant Football coaches.
Provides support for Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Football Operations in regard to official visit weekends.
Helps execute all candidate campus visits, including itineraries, campus tours, photoshoots and coach meetings.
Schedules head coach recruiting travel.
Manages recruiting databases, including academic and athletic profile updates.
Executes priority candidate communication from coaching staff.
Assists Director of Football Operations with team travel and practice logistics.
Serves as senior administrative contact and liaison for internal and external program constituents.
Prepares game plans, playbooks, and practice schedules.
Coordinates the execution of filming practice and inputting into video system.
Supervises student workers.
Working Conditions
Some evening and weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
Three or more years of related experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Suite.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Additional Information
Standard Hours/Schedule: 35 hours per week

This position is based on‑site at a Harvard campus location. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
