*Compensation:* $350,000–$500,000+ potential annually
*Schedule:* Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (Fridays off); lunch from 1-2p

The practice is located in an affluent community with a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and team culture. *Practice Highlights*
* Fully digital, modern facility with multiple operatories
* 2,600+ active patients and 50+ new patients per month
* Comprehensive care including restorative, implants, clear aligners, and limited endo
* Advanced technology: CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT, intraoral scanners, 3D printing, CAD/CAM, and digital smile design
* Excellent hygiene support and clinical flow (two-column model for operative care)
* EMR system: Denticon
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Daily guarantee:* $650/day or percentage of monthly collections (up to 40%)
* *Potential earnings:* $365K–$500K+ annually based on tiered production model with daily guarantee
* *Productivity bonus:* $100,000 for exceeding $2.4M in annual collections
* *Lab fees covered 100%*
* *Sign-on / relocation assistance* available
* *Partnership eligibility* after 2 years (equity appreciation model)
* *401(k) with 4% match*

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
