Marketing & Content Manager

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Marketing & Content Manager to join a dynamic and creative team in Hillsborough, NC. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and community-oriented, with a passion for crafting engaging, on-brand content across multiple channels. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills to manage a fast-paced, multi-channel content strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing and content plan, including email, storytelling, social media, digital marketing, events, and website content. Collaborate with specialists and content creators to produce compelling written and video materials. Lead content meetings with department teams and provide strategic direction. Supervise and manage content creators (video and photography) and a marketing assistant. Edit and proof all marketing content, including emails, articles, videos, reels, social posts, and website materials. Create and schedule social media posts (with team support) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Write and distribute quarterly press releases. Track performance metrics and provide data-driven reports on marketing initiatives. Qualifications: 3–5 years of marketing and content experience. Videography and editing experience is a plus. Naturally curious, creative, and passionate about storytelling and brand engagement. Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to lead when needed. Proven experience in planning and executing on-brand social media strategies. Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, AEO, paid search, and paid social.
