Job Overview The Director of Business Development (Americas) will serve as a senior member of DigiFinex’s executive leadership team, responsible for leading business development strategy, partnership initiatives, and market expansion across the Americas.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will oversee partnership identification, commercial opportunities, strategic alliances, and revenue‑driving initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and regional market priorities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced business development leader with deep knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech ecosystems. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute DigiFinex’s business development strategy for the Americas, aligned with corporate objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on market trends, partnership opportunities, and revenue growth strategies.
Define KPIs, success metrics, and frameworks to evaluate business development initiatives, deal performance, and commercial impact.
Ensure consistent execution of global business development standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
Lead initiatives to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and enterprise relationships.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize market positioning, partnership programs, and adoption strategies.

Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure business development initiatives align with regional and global objectives.

Qualifications
Over 20 years of senior leadership experience in business development, corporate strategy, or partnership management within cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset sectors.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Deep understanding of digital asset ecosystems, business models, and regulatory environment.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with experience influencing executive‑level decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, strategy, or related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
