Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – AI Healthcare Platform

We’re looking for a
Senior Full‑Stack Engineer
to architect and scale next‑generation
agentic AI systems . This high‑impact full‑stack role blends engineering excellence with deep understanding of
LLM‑powered experiences . You’ll design, build, and optimize key components across frontend, backend, and model integrations — directly shaping the reliability, speed, and cohesion of a multi‑agent ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with the co‑founders to define and execute the company’s technical direction.
Responsibilities
Architect and implement cross‑agent systems powering core platform experiences
Build and scale full‑stack components using TypeScript/React and Python services
Integrate LLMs into production workflows with strong contracts, observability, and test coverage
Develop shared UI components and typed SDKs to unify cross‑agent experiences
Lead engineering direction, collaborating with founders and cross‑functional teams
First‑Month Focus
Audit current cross‑agent flows for UI/UX cohesion
Implement shared components and typed contracts for reliability
Establish instrumentation for frontend performance and model tracing
Success OKRs (90 Days)
Deliver production‑grade agentic workflows with
Launch a cross‑agent design system and SDK adopted by 2+ internal teams
Establish a weekly “deploy and measure” cadence with performance metrics and error budgets
Requirements
5+ years experience with React, TypeScript, and Python in full‑stack development
Proven ability to design, ship, and scale LLM‑powered applications
Expertise in API design, streaming, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Track record of building reliable systems with measurable performance and error budgets
Persistent, driven problem solver with strong ownership mindset
Comfortable pushing back on leadership to defend quality and timelines
Thrives in high‑ambiguity, fast‑paced startup environments
Upper‑Intermediate English level

Experience with WebRTC or audio‑aware UI design
Hands‑on work with agentic AI frameworks
