Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. Required Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c and Exadata administration. MS SQL Server, RDS, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB are nice to have. Practical experience in incident review and prevention. Solid understanding of SRE concepts: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident response. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) and Exadata administration. Strong experience with RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, and Exadata features. Working knowledge of MS SQL Server administration, clustering, and T‑SQL performance tuning. Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting for automation. Experience with observability tools. Strong understanding of SRE principles (SLI/SLO, error budgets, observability, toil reduction). Preferred Qualifications
ITIL Foundation framework. Oracle DB Certifications. AWS Certification. Dynatrace expertise. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for database automation, incident prevention, and database health through proactive monitoring and self‑healing solutions. Apply software engineering principles to ensure the availability, performance, and stability of TFS’s enterprise database systems and platforms. Maintain and modernize our database platforms including Exadata, Cloud Data Warehouse, AWS RDS, Oracle, Postgres, and SQL DBs. Report to the Manager of the SRE Department. Ensure compliance with legal requirements: Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered. Benefits
