About the Role We’re looking for an experienced
Solutions Architect
to support our customers and join our high-impact team. The role involves understanding all projects, partnering with PMs and Tech Leads, and writing RFIs/RFPs.
Responsibilities / Experience Needed
Explain highly complex ideas in plain language.
Zoom into details while maintaining an abstract perspective.
Build solutions and document them in white papers, proposals, blog posts, etc.
Contribute to technical hiring processes and solution architecture across projects.
Write white papers, RFIs, and RFPs with a focus on success.
Highly Preferred
Experience in DoD modernization (Platform, Data, and/or App Dev).
Deep technical background with eagerness to learn.
Track record of building and leading collaborative teams across locations.
Successful capture strategies leading to contract awards.
Clearance Requirements
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Salary Range
$140,000 - $200,000 base salary plus commission.
Compensation depends on experience, skills, and proven abilities.
Work Type
Must be local or willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO.
Up to 25% travel.
