About the Role We’re looking for a
Senior Fullstack Software Developer
to join our Service Initiatives Pod — a cross‑functional team focused on building, maintaining, and evolving digital tools that power our service experience. You’ll be the most senior technical contributor in your pod, guiding other developers through architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices while remaining hands‑on with design and development.
You won’t have direct people management responsibilities, but you’ll serve as a technical mentor and trusted advisor within your team — helping ensure our solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Work On As part of the Service Initiatives Pod, you’ll help build and maintain products that serve both customers and internal teams, including:
Customer‑facing service pages
on our main website, ensuring seamless booking and communication experiences.
A
Progressive Web App (PWA)
used for
vehicle inspections
and service workflows.
An
internal parts ordering system , optimizing inventory and communication between departments.
You’ll also contribute to shared platform improvements, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations with other internal tools and APIs.
What You’ll Do
Lead architectural discussions and define best practices for fullstack development within your pod.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high‑quality, user‑centered solutions.
Develop and maintain modern, performant applications using
Next.js ,
Node.js ,
Python ,
GraphQL , and
PostgreSQL .
Build and maintain reusable components, APIs, and data access layers.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers.
Identify and address technical debt, security risks, and scalability challenges.
Help shape the technical direction and roadmap for service‑related digital products.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of fullstack development experience , with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
Deep knowledge of
Next.js ,
React ,
Node.js , and
Python .
Experience with
GraphQL
APIs and
PostgreSQL
or similar relational databases.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable architectures.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control (Git).
A collaborative mindset — able to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both developers and non‑technical partners.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
A passion for craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
Experience with
PWA development
or mobile‑friendly web apps.
Familiarity with
Docker ,
AWS , or
Google Cloud
environments.
Background in e‑commerce, automotive, or service‑based digital platforms.
Contributions to open‑source projects or developer communities.
Pay Range: $108,360.00-$158,025.00 Annual
