$85,000-110,000 Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the accounts receivable team to ensure high performance and professional growth Set clear performance goals and monitor progress to maintain accountability and efficiency Foster a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented work environment Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of customer invoices and billing schedules Manage aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on past-due accounts Resolve billing discrepancies and customer issues quickly and professionally Partner with internal departments (sales, customer service, operations) to support accurate billing and excellent customer experience Cash Application & Reconciliation: Oversee payment posting and ensure proper application of customer payments Reconcile AR transactions and ensure the integrity of financial records Identify and resolve variances to maintain accurate account balances Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to build and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment #LI-LR1 #INNOV2025
