Job Title: Moveworks Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Moveworks Developer to design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role combines hands-on application development with AI assistant configuration and enterprise integrations, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery across ITSM, HR, and other business domains.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure AI-powered chatbots and digital assistants using Moveworks. Integrate with enterprise SaaS systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and other business applications. Develop and optimize APIs (REST/JSON) for system connectivity, data aggregation, and workflow automation. Configure conversation paths, plugins, and bot skills, ensuring accuracy in NLP intent recognition and response flows. Implement testing, monitoring, and analytics to measure bot performance, usage patterns, and response quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Document system configurations and provide technical support to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of technical experience, with at least 1 2 years in Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js development experience. Proven expertise in REST API development and enterprise integrations. Familiarity with HR lifecycle workflows (onboarding, performance management, case management) and ITSM processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Moveworks-specific configuration (intents, conversation design, thresholds). Experience integrating Workday, ServiceNow, or Salesforce with AI assistants. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise security best practices. Agile development and DevOps delivery experience. Exposure to HR compliance and data security frameworks.
