The National Fulfillment Analyst position will report directly to the National Fulfillment Manager and be responsible for supporting the Mark Anthony Brands business on the following operational fronts: management of finished goods inventory, order fulfillment, relationship management, and process improvement.
Accountabilities
Management of Finished Goods Inventory – Ownership of Sales Orders and FG Shuttle movements shipping to and from assigned site(s)
Relationship management between a cross-functional cohort of internal and external stakeholders
Process Improvement driven to reduce waste, maximize efficiency, and maximize service levels
Product Life-cycle management – Manage seasonal transitions, Brand Refreshes, and New Product Innovations
Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Supply, and Transportation
Key Metrics & Financial Targets
On-Time Shipments > 75%
In-Full Shipments > 85%
Case Fill % >99%
Inventory Age
0 Unforced Inventory Obsolescence
Own
Finished Good Inventory including; Quality, Internal stock transfers, Partial Pallet Depletion, Age Risk, and Fill Rate
Management of distributor orders from receipt to fulfillment
Influence
Customer Service, Supply Planning, Transportation
Production Dates/Timing, Sales Order Adjustments, Dock Management, FEFO Attainment, Quality Reviews & Releases
Veto:
Non-value-added inventory movements

Qualifications, Education, & Experience
0-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes preferred Skills Needed to be Successful
Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and a sense of urgency
Ownership mentality with a desire to solve problems
Collaborates to achieve strong business outcomes through teamwork

Compensation Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
Competitive annual salary from $62,000 to $75,000 in Chicago, IL.
