Key Responsibilities
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
Mentors other software engineers and coaches the team on CI‑CD practices and automating tool stack
Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle
Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Automates manual release activities
Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or master’s in software engineering
5+ years of experience in iOS Development using Swift, UIkit and/or Objective C
Must have experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium
Design, develop & prototype front end applications for Mobile team
Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces
Implement front‑end logic and data interactions
Develop screens and components by integrating back‑end APIs
Collaborate with the design team to define app features
Participate in design review with middleware team and coordinate with business on the functionality
Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications
Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks
Fixing application bugs before the final release
Maintaining the code and atomization of the application
Designing and implementing application updates
Designing; building and maintaining next generation iOS mobile applications
Proven experience as an app developer
Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket
Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera APIs, etc.
