Senior UX Designer – Internal AI Tools Our client, DRC Systems USA LLC, is seeking the following.

Overview We are looking for a UX Designer to lead the experience vision and design of internal AI‑driven tools that transform how our Gaming Operations teams manage insights, workflows, and player support at scale. You'll define how AI, automation, and human‑centered design intersect to create intuitive, efficient, and empowering internal experiences – helping business leaders, analysts, and support agents work smarter, faster, and with greater clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and execution for AI‐powered internal tools that support operations, data insights, and automation workflows.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering to translate complex operational requirements into elegant, intuitive design systems.

Partner with stakeholders across support, moderation, compliance, and analytics to map end‑to‑end user journeys and optimize pain points.

Build and evolve design frameworks that balance efficiency, trust, and user delight for non‑customer‑facing tools.

Conduct or collaborate on usability studies and workflow observations to inform design improvements grounded in real operational needs.

Qualifications

Required:

10+ years of UX or Product Design experience, with 3+ years leading complex enterprise or internal platform design initiatives.

Strong portfolio demonstrating AI‑assisted design, complex system workflows, or data‑heavy tools.

Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and design for data‑rich environments.

Experience working with AI/ML‑driven products, copilots, or automation platforms.

Proven ability to simplify high‑complexity, high‑volume operations into intuitive workflows.

Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, and rapid prototyping environments.

Preferred:

Experience in gaming, live operations, or enterprise‑scale internal systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or internal AI enablement frameworks.

Experience designing for data visualization, insights dashboards, or predictive systems.

Strong grasp of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and human‑in‑the‑loop design.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You Thrive at the intersection of AI, human‑centered design, and operational excellence. Enjoy transforming internal complexity into clarity for the teams that run global gaming systems. Skilled at designing for trust, transparency, and explainability in AI experiences. Think in systems, not just screens – connecting data, tools, and people into coherent experiences. Bring empathy not just for end‑users, but for internal teams who depend on reliability and efficiency.
