Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in an outpatient clinic. Common responsibilities include preparing the patient for the visit, maintaining efficient patient flow, assisting the provider with treatments and procedures, medication administration, and supporting clerical functions such as scheduling, referrals, authorization, and in‑basket support with the EMR.

Pay Range Base pay: $37.80/hr – $51.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Hybrid Schedule (Part Time 0.5 FTE/20 hrs per week) Days schedule; clinic in person on Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.

Responsible for medication refill management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols.

Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient‑centered care of patients.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in nursing.

State of New Mexico or compact state nursing license.

BLS certification required at time of hire.
