Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.
Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. Hello, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
Where and how you can work Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
Owning Canva’s B2B website strategy to drive demand capture and conversion, in close collaboration with digital, creative, and SEO teams.
Leading AI-powered inbound growth programs — from CRO to community engagement — that fuel our B2B pipeline.
Building and scaling organic growth loops across web, content, and community, with a clear focus on experimentation and compounding impact.
Partnering across ops, sales, and enablement to align strategies, unlock tooling, and deliver programs at scale.
Driving decision-making with data — from prioritising experiments to evolving attribution models with analysts and data scientists.
Advocating for resources and championing new innovations that help us go faster, smarter, and bigger.
You're probably a match if
You have 10+ years of experience leading organic growth programs across SEO, content, CRO, and website strategy — especially within B2B and SaaS environments.
You bring a strong grasp of both foundational and emerging channels like AEO, SEO, web chat, referral marketing, and sales enablement — and know how to connect the dots to drive revenue.
You’ve successfully scaled inbound funnels using proven, high-impact marketing tactics that translate into measurable pipeline.
You’re confident in reporting performance metrics across B2B goals like leads, pipeline, and ARR — and know how to turn data into action.
You’ve partnered with a range of senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating complex strategies into compelling stories and aligned execution.
You love bringing ideas to life with content strategists, designers, and engineers — and know how to collaborate to get things done.
You know your way around web analytics and use data to speed up decision-making and delivery.
You’re a strategic thinker who writes clear, insight-led briefs that align cross-functional teams.
You’re passionate about using data to constantly evolve and elevate marketing performance.
About the team The B2B Growth Marketing team is on a mission to help Canva become the workplace design tool of choice globally. We focus on scaling awareness and inbound growth through experimentation, strategic bets, and relentless pursuit of business value. Our team partners closely with sales and product teams to grow the Business and Enterprise user base, and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a Senior B2B Growth Marketer to lead Canva’s organic and community-led inbound strategy in a new era of brand discovery. You’ll drive a multi‑channel roadmap across SEO, AEO, community, CRO, and website — all focused on fueling pipeline and awareness for our Business and Enterprise plans.
This role sets the global vision for organic growth, turning business goals into bold strategies, scalable programs, and impactful results. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams and partner across regions to scale success. If you’re a strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for experimentation, this is your chance to shape how millions discover Canva.
What's in it for you? Achieving our crazy big goals motivates us to work hard — and we do — but you'll experience moments of magic, connectivity and fun woven throughout life at Canva, too. We also offer a range of benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.
Here's a taste of what’s on offer:
Equity packages – we want our success to be yours too.
Health benefits plans to support you and your wellbeing.
401(k) retirement plan with company contribution.
Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers.
An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office set‑up & more.
Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and supports you personally.

Other stuff to know We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills, merit and business needs, in compliance with applicable local laws.
