Key Responsibilities: Drive New Business Growth

Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quota through new client acquisition and expansion within assigned territory.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using a disciplined sales process.

Effectively communicate Assembly Health’s value proposition to executive-level decision-makers at SNF organizations.

Territory Ownership & Strategy

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on high-value prospects in the region.

Leverage market insights, industry trends, and competitor intelligence to prioritize accounts and optimize outreach.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand visibility and relationships.

Consultative, Solution-Based Selling

Engage in deep discovery to understand each client’s financial and operational challenges.

Tailor RCM solutions to meet the unique needs of physician groups, behavioral health providers, or skilled nursing facilities.

Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve financial performance through operational excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with marketing, operations, and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.

Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and client needs to shape product and service development.

Coordinate internal resources to ensure a seamless sales-to-service transition.

Accurate Forecasting & Reporting

Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) with accurate data and forecasts.

Provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, deal progress, and win/loss analysis.

Demonstrate ownership and accountability for achieving both individual and team goals.

Industry Expertise & Leadership

Stay current on healthcare reimbursement trends, payer regulations, and RCM innovations.

Establish credibility as a subject matter expert in the RCM and healthcare finance space.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and financial challenges faced by medical practices.

Background of selling revenue cycle or financial software/services to senior care organizations.

Curiosity and an appetite for trying new approaches to achieving objectives.

Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across marketing, finance, operations, and IT.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical/business experience.

5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
