Responsibilities
Oversee all nursing practices and operations
Participate in strategic planning and hospital decision‑making
Implement quality improvement and patient care strategies
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Louisiana Registered Nursing Licensure (RN)
Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years’ experience in nursing administration
Two years’ experience as a director or associate director of a nursing department
Current CPR certification
