to join the Baptist MD Anderson Infusion Center. This is a full‑time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities The role will lead and oversee all pharmacy operations within Baptist MD Anderson, ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of oncology medications, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion pharmacy services. This role spans operational, clinical, regulatory, research, and educational areas, driving excellence in patient care and pharmacy service delivery. The DOP, in collaboration with executive leadership, will develop and execute strategic plans, goals, and policies aligned with organizational objectives for oncology pharmacy services.
Education Required Bachelor's Degree
Education Preferred Doctorate
Experience
Over 5 years Progressive Management Experience Preferred
License and Certification
Registered Pharmacist Required
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist Preferred
Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) Preferred
Licensed Pharmacist Required
Licensed Consultant Pharmacist Required
