We’re searching for a strategic, people-first supply chain leader who’s ready to shape the future of a fast-growing, family-owned retailer. This is more than just logistics—it's about building trust, improving operational efficiency, and inspiring teams through change.
This leader will guide the supply chain function into its next chapter—supporting a brand-new DC, improving inventory flow, and maximizing efficiency without losing sight of the people behind the process.
Key Focus Areas
Modernizing DC operations and strategy
Coaching and supporting long-tenured team members
Shaping processes, identifying risks, and improving flow
Providing senior-level insight while staying close to the floor
Helping stabilize new systems post go-live
What You’ll Need
7+ years in supply chain leadership (DC focus strongly preferred)
Background in operational strategy, inventory flow, and team development
Hands‑on leadership style and passion for people
Experience implementing or improving Supply Chain processes - Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred but not required.
Compensation Salary:
$150,000–$200,000 per year Bonus, relocation, strong 401(k) match 10% dollar for dollar!
