We are seeking a skilled Employment Class Action Attorney to join our expanding class action practice. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating employment class and representative actions, particularly those involving wage and hour and PAGA claims. The position offers immediate, hands-on experience and the opportunity to manage meaningful cases alongside experienced litigators

Job Details

Qualifications Active member of the California Bar (required) 2+ years of employment or class action litigation experience Strong understanding of the California Labor Code, FEHA, and PAGA Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Commitment to teamwork and a positive, professional work environment
